Katherine has a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and a master’s degree in Food Biotechnology. Since she began her professional career, she has been involved in the yerba mate sector, at the same time serving as a technical director in the food industry as well as an auditor. She is a person who is committed to her duties and is versatile in adapting to situations as they arise. Katherine believes yerba mate to be a noble product with a lot of potential ~ so important to Paraguayan families and the region that it deserves to have its properties known around the world. Her desire is to work on the development of high quality products that will showcase her country and its resources.
